How do I transfer my game progress to a new device?

To keep your game progress when changing device, log in with your Apple ID or Facebook.

Install the game on your new phone, then log in with the same Apple ID or with Facebook. This will take you to the account you need.

If you don’t want to use social login, the only other way to transfer your progress from one device to another is via our tech support.

To use this method, you’ll need to send 2 messages.

One message must be sent from a new unlinked account on the new device.

The second message must be sent from the account you want to transfer from the old device.
