How is the clan member multiplier calculated?

The clan multiplier is the product of your level, your rating (for the past or current season, whichever is greater), the effect of any equipped items (that increase the clan multiplier), the Library factor and the Grail factor, divided by 1000.
In other words, the higher your rating, your level, your Library level and any item effects, the more useful you are to the clan.
