Why didn’t I receive guaranteed wardrobe items in a chest that I got for completing a quest?

If you completed a quest and got a chest with a 100% probability of receiving an item, but you didn’t receive one, that means your bag has no free slots (because it’s full of items).

Either make room in your bag or purchase additional slots, and you will start receiving guaranteed items again.
