I’ve reached a new Library level, but the clan multiplier hasn’t changed. Why?

Perhaps the Library factor in your clan multiplier is already maxed out. This happens when you reach Library level 25. From level 26 onward, the Library factor stops increasing. The maximum Library factor is 1.4.
